At the beginning of the new year, PGM brought a brand new product, Arctycut intelligent cutting machine, whose main functions are introduced as follows:

Continuous Cutting

Continuous Cutting is currently the most advanced motion control technology in the field of automatic cutting machines. Adopting the most advanced relative coordinate motion method, ensuring multi axis synchronous motion while ensuring accuracy and stability, completely eliminating mechanical pauses during the cutting process, and ensuring that the blades do not stop, improving the utilization rate of the machine.

Multi-point Symmetrical Cutting

Blade starts cutting from the middle line to both sides symmetrically to ensure the cutting quality of symmetrical patterns. At the same time, the cutting can be carried out according to the segmented cutting form set in CAD.

Fanuc Control System

Fanuc Control System NCU, drive, spindle motor all use Fanuc products. When formulating processing plans, analyze specifically, treat differently, and handle flexibly.

Blade Intelligent Sensing Device

When the blade displacement happens during the cutting process, the sensor in the cutterhead senses the displacement, and the software will correct the cutting action, which could ensure the cutting is always carried out according to the cutting shape.

Cutterhead Locking

Cutterhead Locking is an important function of Arctycut intelligent cutting machine, used to fix the cutting material during the machining process to ensure machining accuracy and safety. The cutterhead can be moved or rotated during the cutting process to improve machining efficiency and quality.

Dual Vortex Cooling Device

During the cutting process, the blade heats up and the dual vortex cooling device produces gas with a temperature of around minus 10 degrees Celsius to prevent the cutting material from melting and sticking together.

Abrasive Band Sharpening

Flexible diamond layer makes blade sharpening more gentle, to ensure the quality of blade sharpening , and long service time.Abrasive Band Sharpening can be changed more frequently and the sharpening effect is more obvious.
