At the same time, we will conduct training on the use, maintenance and repair of PGM intelligent cutting machine equipment, and discuss and learn how to give full play to the advantages of intelligent cutting machine in production. Intelligent Cutting Machine TC8 adopts interpolating motion between the felt table top and the machine head relative to the co-ordinate system, so that the machine head maintains continuous cutting during the overall felt moving process, eliminating the waiting time for over-window in the cutting process. It adopts the same turbine motor as the aerospace industry, and when equipped with two 5.5kw motors, the average operating power is only 5.8kw, which is estimated to be 60% of the energy consumption of other brands of cutting machines. And PGM IOT with energy consumption display can accurately control energy consumption.

The PGM Smart Cutting Machine, also known as the Automatic blanking machine, model Ultracut, is an intelligent machine that combines new technological elements and innovative materials to dramatically increase production efficiency, allowing precise and efficient cutting of all types of composite substrates and ensuring smooth edges of the sheet. Depending on the product category, there are two different types of machines: rolling tables and stationary tables.
