Continuous cutting

"Continuous cutting" is the most advanced motion control technology in the field of automatic cutting machines at present, adopting the most advanced relative coordinate motion method to ensure the synchronous motion of multiple axes and at the same time to ensure the accuracy and stability, completely removing the mechanical pause in the process of machine cutting, and not stopping the movement of the head blade at the same time while going through the window to improve the utilisation rate of the machine.

Improvement of cutting capacity

The whole cutting process, no matter how long the fabric is, there is no window waiting; saving 30% of the cutting time and increasing the cutting capacity.

Main features

CC continuous cutting

Adopting interpolating motion between the felt table and the machine head relative to the coordinate system, the machine head keeps cutting continuously during the overall felt moving process, eliminating the waiting for the window transfer in the cutting process;

Average power 5.8KW

The PGM Teracut automatic cutting machine uses the same turbine motors as those used in the aerospace industry, giving an average operating power of only 5.8kW with two 5.5kw motors;

Silicon lubrication system

The unique silicon lubrication system ensures that the blades are always at a normal temperature when cutting synthetic fibres, coated fabrics, etc. and prevents edge melting;

High strength head assembly

The internal components of the head, including the eccentric wheel, knives, cutter discs, cylinder guides, slip rings, etc., are made of high-strength, high-temperature-resistant materials in a single moulding to ensure service life and resistance to environmental interference;

Titanium alloy

The connecting rod, cutter holder, and cutter fork are all titanium products; each wearing part is a high-tech product with special processing, such as: the piston assembly of the blade is made of high-speed steel and ceramics;

E-frame

The E-frame is made by Vidia and has an average service life of 2 years; the lower roller is made by Vidia;

Guided discs

The reinforced guide rail control disc structure can effectively help the blade deflection problem when cutting hard materials, and achieve better deflection correction.
